Our Austin Nanny Minimum Requirements
We're so excited you'd like to join our team. Please review our requirements for the FCN family! Before you complete the application form.
A FCN Austin Nanny:
- is at least 21 years of age.
- has 3+ years of professional experience working with children.
-is legally permitted to work in the US (and provide proof).
- is able to pass all background checks
- has a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- is able to provide at least three references from previous experience with child care.
- is fluent in English (written and spoken).
- has a current CPR and first aid certificate before the first day of employment.
- able to commit at least 12 months to employment.
- Complete the FCN screenig process
- located in the Austin, Texas area.
Not required but extra points:
- bilingual.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- specialized in newborn care.
