Here we will find out what your family's needs are. Interviews are typically 30-60 minutes long.

Now we will start matching you with potential candidates. We create job postings, run criminal background  and driving record checks on nanny candidates, confirm their education and experience, get in touch with all of their references and screen all candidates thoroughly in an interview.

We will now present you with candidates that match your family's needs. You can now meet and interview all candidates and decide to hire.

But don't worry, we are still here to help you set up the interviews, create an offer, set up nanny payments, and hire your nanny!
